The Geriatric Lecture Series© (GLS) is a collection of video presentations devoted to topics in clinical geriatrics, designed to teach important principles in the care of older adults. This year’s series covers Age-Friendly Health Systems (AFHS) and details the 4Ms framework: What Matters, Mentation (delirium, dementia, depression), Medication, and Mobility.

The IGEC has partnered with the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine Division of Continuing Medical Education (CCOM CME) to deliver the Geriatric Lecture Series. To access the GLS, you will need a CCOM CME account, which takes just a couple of minutes to create. This one-time registration allows you to access these courses anytime and saves your progress if you are not able to complete a course in one sitting.
