Indigenous Peoples Health System Consortium (IPC)

The Indigenous Peoples Health System Consortium is a collaboration of GWEPs nationwide committed to improving care for American Indian, Alaskan Natives, and Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander older adults through culturally-centered education and training that honors their traditions while improving healthcare quality and engagement with healthcare.

Together, the Hawai'i, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Washington, and Wyoming GWEPs collaborate to educate on key elements of age-friendly healthcare for Indigenous elders, consistent with the National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services.
