People's Law Library of Iowa
The People's Law Library of Iowa is a resource for the public to explore legal research topics specific to the state of Iowa. Users will find information on topics such as family law, landlord/tenant law, consumer law, as well as a legal term glossary, and more. The People's Law Library was created by the State Library of Iowa in partnership with the University of Iowa Law Library, the Iowa Access to Justice Commission, and the Iowa Bar Association. The videos reflect the provisions of the 2019 comprehensive guardianship and conservatorship reform legislation and the 2024 amendments to this legislation (SF 295).
